If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or a store credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. Your store credit is valid for 3 days. 

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to process. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This shipping method comes with $50.00 insurance and tracking information. We will email your tracking information once your order is ship via USPS. Please allow extra business days to receive packages during holidays or peak seasons there might be some delays, thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter. ROYALTEE'S is not responsible for any lost or damage packages. Please refer to the USPS  Priority procedures for lost or damaged items.
